Parlees are light, strong, and amazingly comfortable.

Born from the simple goal of building the world’s best performing road bike, Parlee was founded more than 10 years ago. Working exclusively in carbon fiber, the Boston-based builder seeks out the most direct route to a solid, comfortable, light, and elegant frame.

Parlee offerings break into two distinct categories: custom-made in Boston and semi-stock made in an Asian-based partner factory. Both options leverage Bob Parlee’s extensive knowledge of carbon composites and, like a good stew, every Parlee has been reduced to only the most necessary design elements.

Bob Parlee, himself, will tell you “…I am not a stylist”. Parlee frames are devoid of drastic swoops, radically shaped tubing, and extraneous styling elements. The result is an amazing ride: stiff, light, and incredibly comfortable.

Like many of the fabled European builders, Parlee frames are Tour-proven. In 2002, ridden under the cloak of another builder and following a horrific accident that left him with a broken shoulder, Tyler Hamilton rode a Look-branded Parlee to second place in the Giro d’Italia.

Parlee frames are light, strong, and amazingly comfortable.
